<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><b>Η οικογένεια Πονήρη </b>είναι μια από τιο πιο παλαιές οικογένειες στο νησί των Λειψών. <b>Ο Νίκος και η Μαρία Πονήρη</b>, αποφάσισαν να παραμείνουν και να δουλέψουν στη γεννέτηρα τους και έτσι, μετέτρεψαν το πατρικό τους σπίτι σε αυτό πανέμορφο εστιατόριο, "ΤΟ ΠΕΥΚΟ". </span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Ο Νίκος, η Μαρία και ο σύζυγος της <b>Τάκης Σμάλης</b>, άνοιξαν το ΠΕΥΚΟ το 2003. Η Μαρία και ο Τάκης είναι επαγγελματίες μάγειροι, με σπουδές και μεγάλη επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε διάφορα καλά εστιατόρια της Αθήνας και άλλων πόλεων. </span></div>

Ο Σταμάτης δουλεύει με τη Μαρία στην κουζίνα και μεταξύ άλλων, επιμελείται την εξαιρερική διακόσμηση των πιάτων! Ο Βαρθολομαίος, δουλεύει μαζί με τον Νίκο στην εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών μας. </span></div>
